I have been receiving a lot of queries on how to become a PAWS Volunteer. You can check some queries on my chatbox from Stephanie and Winnie and a lot of emails from my contact form. Luckily I have read on mefindhome newsletter that they will be having a PAWS Volunteer Orientation on January 10, 2009, 10 AM. So I hope that by posting their invites here on my blog can help you find your ways on becoming a volunteer. PAWS needs a lot of volunteers so I hope you can all come and participate.

All you have to do is join the Chihuahua Federation of the Philippines, they are the only club in the Philippines for Chihuahua owner, breeder, exhibitors and fanatics too. They are here to guard these specific breed from its standards by conducting seminars, get together’s and holding activities for the chi owners and their chihuahua. Just had a chihuahua days ago and I am so loving it. She so like to cling and cuddle a lot but somewhat stubborn at times. She is still 3 months old and she is so tiny, that is why I researched for its breed standards and found out that the maximum height of a chihuahua is 9 inches and the maximum weight is 2.6lbs. Wow that is too tiny! I am used on having huge dogs such as rottweilers and now I have the smallest dog in the land. So if you are a new chihuahua owner like me please read the chihuahua breed standards according to American Kennel Club.
