Whether it's true or not though, it's still pretty funny ;D

How to Open Cod4 in a Window
Posted in
Internet Technology | November 07, 2008 @ 8:41 PM
.:z:. Make a shortcut on desktop w/ target as this:
"C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\iw3mp.exe" r_fullscreen "0"
^^^ Copy everything in bold, even the quotes ^^^
Change the game path as necessary.
Start COD4, open console and type /vid_restart
You might want to change your game resolution so it fits better on the screen now.
.:z:. If you want to set it back
Open COD4 w/a normal shortcut or change the "0" in the other shortcut to a "1" then start COD4 again.
Open the COD4 console and type /vid_restart
Now you can open your COD4 in a window!

How Horrible Would it Be
Posted in
Thoughts | October 28, 2008 @ 6:31 AM
How horrible would it be to realize only after it was too late that our subconscious, or even blatant thoughts of another influenced them to be exactly what we thought they were... A liar, a thief, a drug abuser.
I think sometimes people see negative things we believe of them and they, unfortunately, begin to believe us. These negative things we believe are often times the last thing we want, but it seems logical to assume that when someone already feels bad about themselves, that badness is reassured when they see it reflected by faces of others and hope is stricken from them.
Hope, everlasting hope, no matter any others "current" state of being is one thing that bypasses any negative belief of someones current situation so long as that other person has a single grain of desire for renewal. That hope waters, feeds, and protects that grain of renewal to make it grow.

Getting Away With It

When we feel we're "getting away with something" I think that if not all the time, then much of the time we're also "getting away from something" too.
For example, when we get away from a cashier who gives us extra change and we realize it, we not only "get away with extra money," we get away from honesty too. The choice of perspective, the way we choose to look at the situation makes a big difference.

Lonely Bench

A lonely bench
No butts upon it
No wind to feel it
No light sees it
No one cares about it
It stands
It waits
For butts to be upon it
